Qualifications:- Position reports to the CEO and sits on the leadership team
- Candidates must have a CCM or ACM OR obtain it within the first year of employment, will cover the cost of the examination
- RN or Licensed Social Worker
- Direct reports: 3 RN CM's, 1 LPN, 3 MSW, 1 LSW
- Director doesn't carry a case load unless census is low or they are short staffed
- Case loads for CM's are around 13
- Looking for candidates with acute care or inpatient experience
