Operate and maintain Multivac equipment safely and efficiently;
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and minor repair tasks, including changing and aligning circular knives, cleaning vacuum systems, and replacing gaskets;
Train and mentor other operators;
Follow safety policies and GMPs to maintain product quality and food safety;
Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
