Southwest Concrete Paving is seeking a Batch Plant Loader Operator for the Yuma Border project. You will operate equipment to meet production goals, assist with plant setup and teardown, perform basic maintenance, and keep the jobsite clean.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, be at least 18, able to lift 80 lb, and be fluent in English;
Spanish preferred. Shift work including nights and weekends is required, with drug screening and background checks.
