We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Behavioral Health team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do:- ✅ Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health unit
- ✅ Oversee and mentor nursing staff to maintain quality and compliance standards
- ✅ Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- ✅ Enforce infection‑control and safety protocols
- ✅ Drive improvement in health outcomes and staff development
- 🔹 Active RN License (AZ or Compact)
- 🔹 Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- 🔹 BLS and CPI Certification
- 🔹 2+ years of Behavioral Health/Psych experience in a hospital setting
