Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Full‑Time)
Location: Yuma, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Blocked Scheduling – Days, Nights, and/or Weekends based on unit needs
Rotation: No rotation required
Position OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join a mission‑driven team in Yuma, AZ. This full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity provides long‑term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. It is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast‑paced behavioral health environments and are passionate about supporting individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient‑centered care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings
- Support detoxification services and assist with crisis stabilization
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources
- Maintain a safe, trauma‑informed, and therapeutic environment
- Accurately document assessments, care, and interventions in EMR systems
- Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health
- (Unit‑dependent; residential experience preferred for residential roles)
- Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a strong interest in behavioral health
- Pay Rate: $42–$50/hour (based on experience)
