Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Full‑Time)

Location: Yuma, AZ

Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: Blocked Scheduling – Days, Nights, and/or Weekends based on unit needs

Rotation: No rotation required

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join a mission‑driven team in Yuma, AZ. This full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity provides long‑term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient‑centered care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings
  • Support detoxification services and assist with crisis stabilization
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources
  • Maintain a safe, trauma‑informed, and therapeutic environment
  • Accurately document assessments, care, and interventions in EMR systems
Qualifications
  • Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • Experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health
  • (Unit‑dependent; residential experience preferred for residential roles)
  • Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a strong interest in behavioral health
