Job Summary

Licensed Practice Nurse at Primary Care Ave

A. Responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, and accountable for delegating nursing care within legally established guidelines.

• Demonstrates commitment to patients by participation in the implementation of the nursing process in providing patient care under the direction of an RN.
• Provides direct patient care within scope of practice as delegated by the RN, efficiently and respectfully, observing and documenting patient responses.
• Administers ordered medication and documents treatment promptly and appropriately.
• Performs treatments (medications, equipment) and maintains skills and knowledge required.
• Contributes to assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care by collecting data, notifying timely of changes in patient condition, documenting nursing care delivered, and implementing plans of care.
• Involves family or significant other in care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

• 0 years of experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• High School Equivalency Diploma.

Min = $25.35 / hour, Mid = $31.69 / hour, Max = $38.02 / hour.
