These full-time roles offer  
** fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks** , giving you stable, consistent scheduling and true work-life balance. What You'll Do

+ Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in  
** crisis and inpatient behavioral health units*
* + Support individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilization

+ Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans

+ Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources

+ Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment

+ Accurately document care and interventions in the EMR

+ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams

What We're Looking For

+ Active  
** Arizona RN license
** or compact state license (required)

+  
** BLS certification**  (required)

+ Experience in  
** crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health**  (required)

+ Ability to work  
** fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules*
* + Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills

+ Open to  
** experienced RNs and passionate new graduates*
