Healthcare Nursing, RN Nurse
DaVita is seeking a Global Nephrology Registered Nurse to provide life‑saving care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Build long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians—including technicians, dietitians, social workers, physicians, and the center manager—to deliver comprehensive care.
- Manage a patient census with the support of PCTs, performing observations, measuring vitals, and setting up dialysis machines.
- Work 10‑12 hour shifts, 3‑4 days per week, with flexibility for early morning, day, and occasional holiday shifts.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and set clinical goals to improve patient health.
- Assist in training new dialysis teammates through a robust, paid training program that combines classroom and hands‑on learning.

- Deliver care with empathy and compassion.

- Excellent communication skills for listening and engaging with patients and teammates.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN or three‑year accredited diploma may substitute.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; charting required in our electronic medical record system.
- Minimum of 2 years of dialysis RN experience.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in your state of residence.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or accredited diploma may substitute.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
- Previous chronic, acute, or home hemodialysis nursing experience.
- Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education.
