What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide quality neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs and Level II nurseries
  • Cover delivery services, including in-house rounds and emergency availability
  • Assist with newborn assessments, stabilization, and ongoing NICU care
  • Participate in neonatal resuscitations and emergency interventions
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of neonatal health
  • Support families and communicate care plans effectively
What You Need
  • Required:
    • NNP Board Certification (no other NP certifications accepted)
    • Licensure in Arizona or eligible to obtain
    • Minimum 2 years of neonatal NP experience
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in Level III-IV NICUs
    • Ability to work flexible scheduling
