Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Direct Hire)
Location: Yuma, Arizona
Shift: 12-Hour Nights
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Level III Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity for ER nurses who thrive in emergency care and have recent experience managing trauma patients in Level I or Level II trauma centers.
What You’ll Do- Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care for a wide variety of medical, surgical, and trauma patients.
- Assess, triage, and manage critically ill and injured patients.
- Interpret telemetry strips and monitor cardiac rhythms.
- Collaborate with emergency physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Care for STEMI, stroke, trauma, and critically ill patients requiring rapid intervention.
- Utilize EPIC EMR and work in a high-volume emergency department treating approximately 200 patients daily.
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- Recent Level I or Level II Trauma experience within the past 2–3 years is required
- ICU/Critical Care experience is highly preferred
- Ability to independently interpret telemetry strips
- Required
Certifications: - BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC preferred
- Experience with trauma cases such as gunshot wounds and stabbings is a plus
- 2 Years: $39.93/hr
- 3 Years: $41.43/hr
- 4 Years: $42.92/hr
- 5 Years: $44.42/hr
- 6 Years: $45.92/hr
- 7 Years: $47.42/hr
- 8 Years: $48.91/hr
- 9 Years: $50.41/hr
- 10+ Years:
Up to $51.91/hr
- Night
Shift: +$4.50/hr
