Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an emergency department role in Yuma, Arizona.
Position OverviewPermanent, direct‑hire role, 36 hours per week (3×12s) on night shift. 5 positions open in an acute care Emergency Department.
Shift Details- 12‑hour nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Block scheduling not required
- No on‑call requirements
- Hourly range: $39.93 – $51.91
- Sign‑On Incentive Options:
- $5,000 with a 1‑year commitment
- $10,000 with a 2‑year commitment
- Relocation / Housing Support (for relocation):
- 3 months of provided housing
- $5,000 relocation assistance (1‑year commitment)
- $10,000 relocation assistance (2‑year commitment)

- Nurse‑to‑patient ratio: 1:5

Navy Blue - Floating may occur to a nearby ER location (~15 minutes away)
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient‑centered emergency nursing care.
- Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care based on patient acuity.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol.
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and unit goals.
- Adhere to hospital safety standards, policies, and professional nursing practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience (new graduates not accepted).
- Active RN license (Arizona or Compact).
- Mandatory certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
- Preferred certifications: NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), TNCC.
