- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed at interview)

- Provide advanced neonatal care and collaborate with Neonatologists in Level III-IV NICUs
- Assist in high-risk delivery coverage and neonatal stabilization
- Participate in daily rounds and emergency response at designated units
- Work a flexible schedule with 12- and 24-hour shift options
- Support family education and neonatal assessments
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives in the NICU
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies
- Required:
- NNP Board Certification (no FNP/PNP accepted)
- Arizona nursing license or eligibility
- 2+ years of NNP experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred:
- Experience in Level III-IV NICUs and high-risk delivery support
