What You’ll Do:
  • Provide advanced neonatal care and collaborate with Neonatologists in Level III-IV NICUs
  • Assist in high-risk delivery coverage and neonatal stabilization
  • Participate in daily rounds and emergency response at designated units
  • Work a flexible schedule with 12- and 24-hour shift options
  • Support family education and neonatal assessments
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives in the NICU
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies
What You Need:
  • Required:
    • NNP Board Certification (no FNP/PNP accepted)
    • Arizona nursing license or eligibility
    • 2+ years of NNP experience preferred
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in Level III-IV NICUs and high-risk delivery support
