- Collaborate with Neonatologists in delivering high-quality neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs
- Provide coverage during evenings alongside neonatology teams
- Assist in care for infants in high-risk delivery and NICU settings
- Participate in rounds and emergency responses in Level II and III units
- Contribute to ongoing patient assessment and management
- Support delivery team with immediate newborn evaluations during deliveries
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Required:
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
- Minimum 2 years NNP experience preferred
- Valid state license to practice as an NP in Arizona
- Strong neonatal assessment and emergency skills
- Prior experience in Level III-IV NICUs
- Experience working in high-risk delivery environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
