- Experience: 2+ years of NNP experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed during interview)

- Provide neonatal critical care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services and growing Nurseries
- Collaborate closely with Neonatologists to provide coverage during evening shifts
- Participate in in-person emergency and daily rounds at Level II units
- Share responsibilities for delivery attendance in partnership with Neonatologists
- Manage all aspects of patient care for infants in the NICU
- Support unit operations with flexible scheduling (12- or 24-hour shifts)
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and provide expert neonatal care
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal NP certification (must be Board Certified)
- Minimum of 2 years of Neonatal NP experience (preferred)
- Strong collaborative skills and neonatal care expertise
- Ability to work a flexible, shift-based schedule
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
