Pediatric Acute RNWe are seeking a skilled Pediatric Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate nursing care to children with acute illnesses and medical conditions while supporting safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor pediatric patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to pediatric protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and changes in patient condition.
- Assist with procedures and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
- Educate and support children and their families regarding treatments, medications, and care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications.
- Previous pediatric, acute-care, or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Strong pediatric assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills.
