Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs, guiding and assisting with self-service technology, helping with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise;
Unload trucks and stock merchandise to maintain well-organized shelves and backroom;
Maintain safety and cleanliness by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensure prominent display of promotional merchandise;
Assist with club pick-up orders, staging, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
