Position Summary
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and promoting the company’s products and services.
Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and guiding them on member service approaches and techniques.
Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organize and maintain the sales floor; perform paperwork logs and other required documentation.
Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, managing forklift spotting and hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Ensure the maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, zone, stock, arrange, and organize merchandise, set up cleaning and product displays, price merchandise, and identify shrink, damages, and secure fragile merchandise.
Monitor food and merchandise quality, product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
Oversee picking and staging of club pick-up orders; develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; analyze information; monitor progress; identify improvement opportunities.
Promote and support compliance with company policies, procedures and ethics; lead and participate in teams; coordinate and execute work assignments; provide feedback, advice, and support; foster a workplace of belonging.
Act with integrity, support Walmart’s regenerative goals, and serve customers and members by delivering results, making decisions based on reliable information, and striving for excellence.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional CompensationAdditional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
- Leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
