Retail Sales Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Lead to drive sales, lead our team, and provide an exceptional customer experience at Shoe Palace.

• Motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition.
• Provide constructive feedback to sales staff and assist in solving customer issues.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects a positive, inclusive vibe.
• Lead the team in achieving daily and store-wide sales goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Run inventory checks and ensure adequate product availability.
• Promote and sell athletic footwear and apparel to meet sales targets.
• Engage with customers to build strong, positive relationships.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full availability on weekends.
• Excellent sales and customer‑service skills.
• Natural leader, confident, and engaging.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion and footwear trends.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to succeed and grow.
• Ability to motivate staff and drive a team to achieve goals.

• 2+ years as a cashier.
• 3+ years in customer service.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.

$16.00 - $16.00 per hour
