Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) seeks a Store Operations Leader to manage daily sales-floor activities across GCNA locations in Arizona. You will drive store performance, supervise team members, and ensure excellent donor and customer service while maintaining brand standards.
You will also coordinate with other departments to meet budgets, train staff, and serve as a key holder and backup to the Store Manager.
