Why This Role MattersThe Territory Account Manager plays a key role in supporting CR&R’s continued growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships. This position helps deliver environmental service solutions that support businesses and communities throughout the regions we serve.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build relationships with commercial and industrial customers
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and customer meetings
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and renewals
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
- Develop strategic sales plans to drive measurable revenue growth
- Outside sales or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
