ALLO is seeking an outgoing, energetic individual to join our Residential Sales Team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, providing unlimited income potential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people in dynamic environments while working a non-traditional full‑time schedule.
Responsibilities- Hitting the Streets:
Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and attend local events to introduce residents to our fiber optic services. - Building Rapport:
Engage prospects, listen to their needs, and explain how our services unique benefits them compared with other providers. - Demonstrating Value:
Use training and company tools to give clear demonstrations of our product’s benefits. - Closing Sales:
Have conversations that close sales on the spot and celebrate success as motivation. - Following Up:
Ensure customers have a hassle‑free process while delivering exceptional service. - Providing Feedback:
Share competitive insights with the marketing team based on field experience. - Travel:
May travel between markets; company covers expenses and provides an assigned vehicle and occasional hotel stays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of previous sales experience.
- Experience in telecommunications sales a plus but not required.
- Experience in residential door‑to‑door sales preferred.
- Outgoing and personable, able to strike up conversations with anyone.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Goal‑oriented, aiming to build a career and achieve high income.
- Adaptable, ready to tackle new challenges daily.
This position involves both in‑office and field work across multiple markets.
Requirements- Remain upright on feet for extended periods.
- Walk up to 15 miles per day.
- Operate a computer.
- Work outdoors.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- 50% travel requirement.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission.
