This position is located in Yuma, Arizona.

• Competitive Compensation – First year annual compensation of $53,000-$55,000 with an average 45 hour work week.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In a hands‑on learning environment, you’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You’ll also reach into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll learn a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: sales (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality), or leadership within military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
