Armed Security Officer - Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, residents, staff, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, first responders, and/or site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and key activity zones while verifying credentials, documenting observations, and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with post orders;
Carry assigned defensive equipment, including an authorized firearm, and perform all duties in alignment with Allied Universal standards, applicable laws, and site requirements
