Management AND Program Analyst Security Clearance

Position: MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will provide management consultation services to help resource managers identify and resolve problems.
* You will prepare and conduct special studies and projects and assess the effectiveness of program operations.
* You will assist management officials, SME's, and others in defining project scope. priority, and project staffing.
* You will prepare reports describing and justifying the analytical study results. Requirements Conditions of employment

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Conducting reviews of operational or administrative processes; gathering, researching, and reporting information; and preparing reports or other written materials to communicate recommendations to supervisors or management. In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify for the GS-11 position based on education OR equivalent combination of experience and education as follows:
Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. OR Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled. OR Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.

Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
