In this role, you will help support individuals and families in crisis by providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. From assisting participants with resources and daily support to helping maintain shelter operations and responding to those in need, your work will directly change lives and strengthen our community.

What We're Looking For- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-demand environment
- Ability to obtain required certifications and clearances (employer paid)
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
