Sr Software Engineer
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance Required: Secret Clearance
Employment Condition: Position contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities- Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for DoD systems, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Proven experience in developing software for radar control systems and signal processing applications. Knowledge of DoD software acquisition and development methodologies such as Agile and Dev Sec Ops .
- Ability to apply Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) principles in software design and development.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring software development objectives and guidelines.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and ability to evaluate and implement new technologies.
- Experience with software validation, verification, accreditation, and developing test‑automation suites. Ability to conduct peer reviews, maintain and improve existing codebases, and implement software quality assurance and configuration management procedures.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and developing solutions to improve the performance and scalability of systems.
- A minimum of Ten (10) years of Software Engineering experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
