Position Summary:

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Class A Driver to join our Transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials using end dump trailers. This role requires a Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) and a strong commitment to safety and compliance with transportation regulations. The End Dump Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability.

• Safely operate End Dump Trailers to transport materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain the condition of the End Dump Trailers, reporting any issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials in a secure and efficient manner, following proper procedures.
• Complete required paperwork, such as logbooks and delivery receipts, accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and clients to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the End Dump Trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company guidelines for the proper disposal of materials.

• Operar de manera segura remolques de volteo para transportar materiales a las ubicaciones designadas.
• Cumplir con todas las leyes de tránsito, regulaciones y políticas de la empresa para garantizar un transporte seguro.
• Inspeccionar y mantener las condiciones de los remolques de volteo, informando cualquier problema de inmediato.
• Cargar y descargar materiales de manera segura y eficiente, siguiendo los procedimientos adecuados.
• Completar de manera precisa y oportuna la documentación requerida, como libros de registro y recibos de entrega.
• Comunicarse eficazmente con despacho, compañeros de equipo y clientes para garantizar operaciones de transporte fluidas.
• Realizar inspecciones antes y después del viaje de los remolques de volteo para cumplir con los estándares de seguridad.
• Seguir rutas y horarios establecidos, ajustándose según sea necesario para acomodar cambios.
• Cumplir con las regulaciones ambientales y las directrices de la empresa para la disposición adecuada de los materiales.

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements for operating End Dump Trailers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Class A Driver, with a focus on end dump trailer operations (REQUIRED).
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
