Position:
Amazon DSP - Part-Time Delivery Associate

Location: Yuma, AZ

Compensation: $22.00 per hour (paid weekly) with performance incentives and a rotating schedule. 2 paid 15‑minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break during each shift.

• Safely drive and maintain Company delivery vehicles, perform safety inspections, and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Deliver packages on time, handling 300–400 items per shift and lifting up to 50 lbs in all weather conditions.
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages, and support team members with route assistance and rescue calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's safety and quality standards.

• At least 21 years old.
• Non‑provisional, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful 4‑panel drug screening (excluding pre‑employment marijuana testing).
• Clean motor vehicle record with no disqualifying violations.
• Good spoken, written, and reading English communication skills.

• Delivery vehicle with fuel supplied.
• Handheld technology and uniform.
