What does a CDL A Driver do at Swire Coca‑Cola? You will operate a commercial motor vehicle and ensure timely, accurate delivery of beverages to customers.

Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday, 3 am to 7 am shift start times, 8‑hour days. Overtime available and required as business needs dictate.

Pay: $27.00 per hour.

Job Level: 2.

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles along predetermined routes and schedules, ensuring on‑time, accurate deliveries while adapting to traffic and weather conditions.
• Safely load and unload beverage products, using proper handling techniques to prevent damage. Stock beverage products and maintain back rooms/back‑stock areas as requested.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Utilize electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, internally and externally.
• Interact professionally with store personnel; establish positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

• High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Minimum age 21.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays and adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, clients, and team members.
