Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem since training is offered.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat at time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85‑$106K with drivers starting at $300.30 per day, increasing $3 per day every six months up to $324, and an additional $100 per day if you train new hires in cryogenics.
• Shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs; drivers are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Assigned trucks are 579‑Petes with automatic transmissions, no slip seatings.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days; include one week vacation during the first 52 weeks, medical coverage and a 401(k) with matching.
• Drive dedicated regional or local accounts; must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not allowed.
• During home breaks (maximum 7 days), the company pays for flights. If within 200 miles of home, you may drive home. Home time can be less than 7 days and you may stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless vacation is taken.
• Not willing to fly may disqualify you.
• Felony convictions are disqualifying.
• Failure or refusal to pass a DOT drug test disqualifies you.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• Must hold a tanker endorsement and a hazmat endorsement at the time of application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
