This vacancy can only be filled for 20 to 28 hours per week.
As aFacility Coordinator (temporary), you will be responsible for overseeing office spaces, facilities, and workplace operations in a fast-paced, international environment. You will ensure that the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis while creating a positive, efficient, and productive workplace for employees.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership, employees, landlords, and external service providers. You will also partner with the Executive Business Partner and collaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders to align workplace initiatives with business needs. The position is part-time (20 to 28 hours per week) and based in Amsterdam.
Your responsibilities- Managing daily office and facilities operations
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and upgrades with vendors
- Optimising office space usage and layouts
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters
- Organising office-wide meetings and events, including logistics and A/V setup
- Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service requests
- Supporting budget control, invoice processing, and office supplies management
- Handling mail and packages and supporting ad hoc requests from different departments
You are an organised, proactive, and hands-on professional who enjoys creating a well-functioning workplace. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and responding quickly to urgent situations.
You bring- At least 3 years of experience in facility management ement, office management, or workplace operations
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience with vendors, contracts, space planning, and facility maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A calm, flexible, and positive mindset
- Confidence in managing budgets and making cost-effective decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with facilities management software is a plus)
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary and benefits- A contract for 6 months with possibility of extension
- A salary of 4000 – up to 4500 – before tax, based on 40 hours a week
