Position Summary:The Human Resources Coordinator provides high quality Human Resource services in addition to payroll processing, and receptionist and general clerical duties. Responsible for all administrative duties assigned by the Senior Executive Assistant, or the Program Director.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements (if applicable):Education: Must have high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred Must maintain CPI and CPR certifications.
Work experience: Experience, in Human Resource field preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have excellent telephone etiquette; strong communication skills (oral and written); positive people skills. Must be computer literate. Organizes and prioritizes work.

Performs all Human Resources/Payroll duties:
- Responsible for pre-interview process.
- Completes all new hire onboarding and orientations.
- Responsible for maintaining all personnel files by making sure all paperwork is current and up to date.
- Responsible for assuring processing all employees benefits and acting as liaison with Corporate HR.
- Obtaining and verifying all time edits and PTO slips for the input and processing of payroll.
- Timely processing of payroll.

Perform receptionist/clerical duties:
- Phones:
Answers incoming phone calls and directs the calls to appropriate parties. Responsible to answer general information questions and to obtain complete information for messages received. - Typing:
Completes general typing assignments. - Admit Files:
Compiles business office/financial billing files/forms/ folders on new admissions as needed. - Administrative Files:
Files administrative/business correspondence. - Mail:
Sorts and routes incoming/outgoing mail as needed. - Assists with general clerical duties.
