What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Act as a local on‑site program representative for small business and commercial customers
- Install energy‑efficient equipment and conduct energy efficiency audits and verifications
- Train field staff and develop training materials on installation and configuration according to client specifications
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide technical expertise to resolve issues
- Travel throughout a defined territory to support account managers and project initiatives
- Minimum of 4‑8 years of relevant industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to provide input and updates to program staff
- Experience with energy efficiency retrofits or new construction projects
- Familiarity with energy auditing practices and standards
- Previous training experience for field staff
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
