Recent Grads - CDL A Company Truck Driver - Regional

This paid mentor program in Zachary, Louisiana, helps qualified CDL-school graduates prepare to operate safely and confidently as solo drivers. Participants train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing the program, drivers receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Primary Responsibilities Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely

Complete regional pickups and deliveries

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate electronic logs Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements

Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDLRecent completion of an accredited CDL program

At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction

Safe driving record

Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
