- Wijzigingen in wetgeving, cao's en arbeidsvoorwaarden ondersteunen en correct vertalen naar de salarisadministratie
- Fungeren als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de Manager Salarisadministratie en collega's binnen HR
- Complexe dossiers en vraagstukken oppakken
- Ruime ervaring als salarisadministrateur, payroll specialist of in een vergelijkbare functie
- Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een grotere en/of complexe organisatie
- Ervaring met meerdere cao's, entiteiten of verschillende arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Nauwkeurig en analytisch
- Zelfstandig beslissingen kunnen nemen binnen het vakgebied en weten wanneer afstemming nodig is
- Prettige en stevige gesprekspartner voor collega's binnen én buiten HR
- Ervaring met Visma | You Serve is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
- Opleidingsniveau MBO
Demonstrates expertise in payroll administration, including complex payroll issues and compliance with laws and regulations. Capable of independently managing payroll processes while providing strategic advice and improvements within the HR function.
