Tijdens de eerste 3–6 maanden ligt de focus op bellen, eerste klantgesprekken en afspraken scoren. Daarna verschuift de rol naar relatiebeheer en het uitbreiden van accounts, ondersteund door coaching en een duidelijk groeipad.
