The
Manager, Accounts Receivable & Cost Reporting
provides leadership for the organization's Accounts Receivable and Cost Reporting functions while helping maximize reimbursement, improve cash flow, strengthen regulatory compliance, and support financial decision-making across the health system.

This leader partners closely with Finance and Revenue Cycle leadership to develop reporting tools, analyze reimbursement trends, optimize collections, and improve overall financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare finance, reimbursement, accounting, revenue cycle, or related experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Working knowledge of:
• Cost reporting
• Revenue cycle operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, financial reporting systems, business intelligence tools, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead Accounts Receivable operations.
• Monitor days in Accounts Receivable.
• Analyze aging reports.
• Improve collections and cash flow.
• Monitor payer performance.

• Oversee Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting.
• Coordinate reimbursement activities with operational leaders, consultants, auditors, and governmental agencies.
• Monitor reimbursement regulations and communicate financial impacts to leadership.
• Develop reimbursement forecasts and support budgeting and long-range planning.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support financial statement audits.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
• Analyze reimbursement trends and payer performance.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations.
• Provide recommendations that improve financial performance and support organizational decision-making.
