Business Office- Student Employee

Position Description

This individual will work as a student employee in the Business Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Student employees working in the Business Office will be responsible for filing, sorting, copying, and assisting students. Student employees will also assist with student accounts, privacy information, and different aspects of accounts receivable, up to and including tuition, printing, and club accounts. In addition, this position will be responsible for email communications on behalf of the Business Office. While operating the switchboard, student employees will receive and direct incoming calls to the appropriate office, place long distance calls for employees, and direct visitors at the information window.

Confidentiality and dependability cannot be over-stressed in this department.

Qualifications

Computer, typing, and calculator skills are a plus. Personal relation skills and dependability are necessary.
