Customer Service Representative
Leavitt Group Midwest, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Zanesville, OH.

What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll support our personal lines clients by providing knowledgeable, responsive service and helping them navigate their insurance needs.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service- Answer inbound customer service calls and respond to policyholder inquiries.
- Assist customers with policy changes, including adding, deleting, or replacing vehicles.
- Process coverage updates, lienholder and mortgagee changes, policy verifications, and payments.
- Address billing questions and provide accurate policy information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assess customer requests to identify impacts on existing policies and coverages.
- Educate customers on coverage options and potential gaps in protection.
- Recommend solutions that help customers better manage and mitigate risk.
- Verify completed transactions and provide timely follow-up.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Update customer information and policy files to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize agency technology and carrier systems to process transactions efficiently.
- Draft and send customer correspondence as needed.
- Support Account Managers and other team members with service-related activities.
- Assist with additional administrative and service responsibilities as assigned.
- Ohio Property & Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance and documentation standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to learn and apply insurance products, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures.
