Coverage Needs:

May Coverage

• May 8: 8 hours plus after-hours call

• May 9-10:
  Call coverage plus minimal rounding (if any in-house patients)

• May 11-15: 8-hour days plus after-hours call

• May 16-17:
  Call coverage plus minimal rounding (if any in-house patients)

June Coverage

• June 11-15 (returning Monday, June 15 at 7am)

  • June 11-12: 8-hour days plus after-hours call

  • June 13-14:
    Call coverage plus minimal rounding (if any in-house patients)

• Ongoing PTO coverage anticipated through December 2026

• Likely 3-4 additional weeks available

• Facility will accept multiple providers

Clinical Role:

• Hospital Stroke Certified

• 6 beds in the facility

• Assigned and unassigned patients

• 30-minute call response time required

• Call ratio: 1:1

• Phone consults: 0-3 per shift

• Call patients seen: 1-3

• Trauma Level II and III designation

• EMR:
  Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery required

• Fellowship required

• Active Ohio license required
