Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Healthcare Technology Management to lead our team in Zanesville, OH. This role involves overseeing medical equipment management, providing hands-on expertise, and leading process improvements to enhance team performance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing healthcare technology services and a thorough understanding of medical equipment operations. Collaborating with regional HTM leaders, you will work to improve operational efficiency, increase client satisfaction, and contribute to better patient outcomes and organizational success.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement policies and programs to deliver biomedical equipment support of the highest quality
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory records
  • Collaborate on strategies related to medical equipment installation, cybersecurity, and technical support
  • Implement new technologies to improve patient experience and outcomes
  • Provide professional development opportunities for your team
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience managing biomedical services in large healthcare settings
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO)
  • Strong business acumen, especially in budget management
  • Leadership experience with high-performing teams, mentoring, and talent development
  • Executive-level experience, including interaction with C-suite leaders
Position Summary

Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the assigned account, ensuring operational and fiscal performance aligns with Sodexo's mission, vision, values, and goals.
