As a Resident Care Coordinator at Sterling Suites Senior Living, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our Assisted Living communities. This position is essential to our mission of delivering loving care and quality service, ensuring that every resident’s voice is heard and valued. You will oversee day‑to‑day clinical needs and staff at the community and also work as a nurse on the floor to ensure continuity of care.
This position comes with a starting negotiable salary of $70,000. Because this position not only oversees clinical needs and staff but also works as a nurse on the floor, the schedule will fluctuate based on needs of the community, but in a standard week you will work 12‑hour shifts.
