• Perform configuration, installation, and repairs of PC hardware and peripherals according to established procedures.
• Contact end users to define data migration requirements and conduct data migration when required.
• Monitor trouble tickets and coordinate with vendors for equipment repair as needed.
• Adhere to and enforce facility security measures, company safety standards, and software licensing procedures.
• Assist in setting up PCs and related peripherals for special requests.
• Provide guidance to desktop support teams on hardware-related issues.
• Perform own work and provide assistance to others as directed, ensuring minimal impact on organizational viability.

Skills typically acquired through possession of an A+ certification or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of experience in a PC-related field, including hardware configuration.
