Jobtailor is seeking a diligent IT Helpdesk Specialist to deliver first-level support across our Windows-based environment. You will troubleshoot via phone, chat, and in-person interactions, resolve tickets promptly, and document actions in the ticketing system.
Responsibilities include password resets, account management, software installation, device maintenance, and assisting with new-hire onboarding. Some travel to service sites across the region is required.
