This is a full-time on-site role located in Zanesville, OH, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and handling general maintenance and repair tasks within the property. Daily responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, diagnosing equipment problems, and maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall condition of the properties under management.
