Production Machine Operators

We have 3 shifts available:

• 1st shift 6am-3:30pm M-F $15.00 hourly + $10-$70 per day incentive
• Weekend shift 6am-3:30pm Sat/Sun(+ 3 weekdays) $16.00 hourly + $10-$70 per day incentive
• 2nd shift 3:30pm-1am M-F $18.00 hourly + $10-$70 per day incentive and $1000 sign on bonus

At 5B’s, we’re one of the largest custom apparel decorators in the U.S.—and we’re growing! Join our production team and help bring custom-branded apparel to life using our high-tech Tajima embroidery machines.

If you’re dependable, detail-focused, and ready to learn, we’ll train you for success and recognize your effort every step of the way.

• Set up and operate computerized embroidery machines (Tajima)
• Follow detailed work orders to ensure accurate logo placement and color matching
• Stitch designs onto a variety of garments: hats, shirts, jackets, backpacks, beanies, and more
• Monitor quality throughout each run and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
• Keep activity logs and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet production goals without sacrificing quality

• Reliability and dependability – we rely on you to keep things moving
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong hand-eye coordination (threading needles, handling garments)
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and reach throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and measurement skills (rulers, placement guides, etc.)
• Ability to stay focused and productive at a quick pace
• Mechanical skills are a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!

• Weekly pay
• Daily performance bonuses ($10–$70/day!)
