You will provide direction to Melt Shop Supervisors and employees, establish schedules, and improve quality and efficiency in a culture of safety and engagement.
The role requires 7–10 years of operational leadership in manufacturing, a BS in Metallurgical Engineering or related field, and strong Lean, problem-solving, and communication skills.
