Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

5B's is seeking a dependable and motivated Industrial Hat Blocking Machine Operator to join our production team. No advanced experience is required—we value dependability, and a willingness to learn.

This position is responsible for operating hat blocking equipment that helps shape hats, and erase creases or fold marks to ensure they look perfect prior to being shipped. The ideal candidate can notice small details and is willing to assist with other general warehouse duties when needed.

• Operate industrial hat blocking machinery according to production specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and workmanship.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed, like unpacking items and preparing hats for shipping.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Frequent use of hands for operating machinery and handling materials.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
