Processing Operator

• Document ingredients on batch papers
• Verify accurate ingredient amounts and ingredient weights against formula specifications
• Maintain proper rotation of raw materials using a first-in/first-expired system
• Record batch codes and ingredient lot numbers
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Attend required safety, team, and plant-wide meetings and trainings
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs for dry batching and equipment operation
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Inspect and monitor Kason and hand-add sifters
• Identify and remove foreign materials from meat and work areas
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping standards in meat freezer and meat batching areas

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Experience with problem solving and/or continuous improvement techniques preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in maintaining sanitation and safety standards in manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on ingredient documentation, batch processing, and equipment operation. Proficient in problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
