We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Unit Manager position. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. • Oversee administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans and plans of correction.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Complete necessary audits and additional tasks as assigned by Director of Nursing.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current license in Ohio.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to participate in On-Call rotation and support operations across multiple shifts as needed.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday in a supervisory capacity, assisting the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing with clinical operations. This position is part of the On-Call rotation and may require oversight across multiple shifts. Starting pay is $36 per hour, based on experience.
